Car history:
Unique 1969 Corvette Convertible. 350 Horse 350/ M-21 4 Speed. Reads 62,000 miles. Low mile 1969 Corvette Convertible converted to a one of a kind 1982 Convertible. Some wanted new 1982 convertibles but the factory was no longer making them. This car gives you a UNIQUE opportunity!! You can pick up the fiberglass to go back to a low mile 1969...PLUS good running 1982 coupes can be had for less than 5k.. You can have what a stock 1982 Corvette Convertible would have been AND a 1969 Low mile Convertible Vette...This was a weekend Cruise/Track and then a Parade car for many years then put away since 1999...
This is a Diamond...and NOT very rough...
The motor has definitely been built.
A Stock 427 Big Block Car on a good day slightly downhill it would peg the 160 speedometer..THIS is MUCH more wicked!..and NOT nose heavy!
THIS motor runs VERY strong, Aside from what I can see as far as the Edlebrock High Rise and the Headers with the dump tubes I can see the speedometer needle needs to be fixed...
It did NOT pop off With the rusted spring problem...The rear of the needle is STILL THERE AND THE SPEEDO STILL WORKS. To snap a needle like that it has to be exceeding 180 MPH..
New Robbins Black soft top in the box included...Also including the pads new in the box with it.
These tires are ancient. Even with the almost full tread one should only use them to load it on a trailer.
The wheels have vintage alliance wheel center caps but newer wheels with what looks like gold plated inner wheels.
Could use paint or drive as is....Minor typical stress cracks that can be dealt with easily should you repaint or build a 1969 AND a 1982 Convertible and repaint . Some oxidizing, Small chips and some spider crazing where the sir cleaner butterfly was not all the way tightened.
Beautiful WICKED Beast!! The Photos speak for themselves. September 2016. Sold for $12,200 on October 13, 2016. Sold again for $12,100 on October 21, 2016.
